Activities will include; morning meditation, daily dance, kundalini yoga classes, reiki restorative yoga classes, nature walks, breath work, song circles, a creative writing workshop and short lectures on nutrition at each meal. All organic food prepared by guest chef, Brooke Topp.
Guest Chef | Brooke Topp
Brooke Topp lives in Toronto, Canada. Her love for food deepened while working with vegetarian chef and author of My New Roots - Sarah Britton - and continues in study at The Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
"The cycle of life and fabric of earth's being is experienced and affirmed in all that is food. I am fascinated by the ecosystem of which we are a part - one which whole-heartedly gives everything we need to heal, grow and thrive. Food is the basic grace of life, and I take great pleasure in working with nature's bounty and converting it into edible delights that taste as good as they feel."
